Slotivo takes the security of your data seriously. This page describes the measures we have in place to protect your information.

All data transmitted between your browser and Slotivo is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Database connections are encrypted. Sensitive data such as authentication tokens is hashed before storage.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. Authentication uses secure methods. Each tenant's data is logically isolated — one business cannot access another business's data.
Application data is backed up regularly. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations to protect against data loss.
We monitor our systems for errors, performance issues, and potential security incidents. Alerts are configured for unusual activity.
In the event of a security incident, we will investigate promptly, take measures to contain the issue, and notify affected users as required by law. Data breach notifications will be issued within 72 hours of confirmed incidents.

Slotivo is designed to comply with GDPR requirements. We implement data protection by design and by default. We do not currently hold formal security certifications.
