Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slotivo (slotivo.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, their employees, and end customers who book through Slotivo-powered websites.

2. Description of Service

Slotivo is an online platform that provides businesses with a branded website, online booking system, customer management, employee scheduling, automated confirmations and reminders, and analytics. Each business receives a dedicated website with a custom domain, accessible to their customers for booking appointments or making reservations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Slotivo. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

4. Accounts and Authentication

Slotivo uses email-based login codes (magic links) for authentication. There are no passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity under your Slotivo account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Free Trial

Slotivo offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, your account will not be charged automatically. Your account remains accessible in a limited state until you choose to upgrade to Premium.

6. Subscription and Billing

Premium is billed monthly through Stripe. The introductory price applies to the first three paid months, after which the standard monthly rate applies. Prices are displayed before purchase. Slotivo reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until the next renewal after the notice period.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your website and dashboard remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your account transitions to an inactive state. No cancellation fees apply.

8. Refunds

Payments for completed billing periods are not refundable. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Slotivo to publish illegal, defamatory, or harmful content, distribute malware or spam, impersonate another person or business, circumvent security measures, resell or sublicense access to Slotivo without authorization, or use the platform for any activity that violates applicable law.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Slotivo (text, images, logos, business data). By uploading content, you grant Slotivo a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

11. Service Availability

Slotivo strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Slotivo is not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service outages, network issues, or force majeure events.

12. Intellectual Property

The Slotivo platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Slotivo. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform. Your business content and data remain your property.

13. Suspension and Termination

Slotivo may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay after the trial or billing period, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

14. Data Export and Deletion

You may request an export of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting slotivo.dev@gmail.com. Data exports are provided in a standard format. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slotivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Slotivo in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's country of residence require otherwise.

17. Changes to Terms

Slotivo may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Slotivo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
